when TTTech Computertechnik AG of Vienna/Austria acquired
an existing off-highway business in Bressanone/Italy. Currently
TTControl is a wholly owned subsidiary of TTControl GmbH
of Vienna/Austria in which TTTech Computertechnik AG holds
the controlling stake
