Log & Load
TTControl's Log & Load memory device is a tool for both operators and service personnel. As the name suggests, it can be used for logging operating data or for uploading files to attached controllers. Then, taking it to a PC, one can load the same files into the computer or new data from the computer onto the device. There is no need for additional devices like adaptors since it comes with a standard USB connector on the PC side.
For efficient updating of software in machines that are already in the field, service personnel just needs to connect a Log & Load device with the new software. Our ECUs and operator terminals all check for an attached Log & Load unit at start-up and will automatically upload a file in the right format. So instead of having to send an "expert" with a heavy laptop who has to actively manage the upload of the correct software file, equipment manufacturers can now just send a Log & Load memory device with the right files. We say files in plural because the update files for a HY-TTC 90 can be combined on the same device with the ones for a HY-eVision 10.4 if, for example, these two products are used to control the machine.
Remote Access
In combination with TTControl's Remote Assistance solution, access to files like operating or error logs and software updates is also possible via GSM modem. Again, no need for expensive travel - just have someone attach a modem and the Log & Load product to the machine in question and it can be diagnosed and updated remotely.
