CANopen
The TTControl control unit family also supports CANopen.
This means that the system I/Os are handled via one or two
CAN buses with the CANopen protocol. CANopen is a well-established
protocol. A large number of vehicle control devices ranging
from electronic I/O-modules to mechanical or electrical
components like joysticks, valves and sensors offer compatibility
with the CANopen protocol.
