The first concept is about product design and development. Taking enough time to define a robust product for off-highway control. Implementing the right features but still providing enough flexibility for the end user. Listening to customers when they give feedback to existing products or when they talk about new requirements. It is ultimately proven by the satisfaction of our customers.
The second concept is embedded in pretty much everything we do. It means focus on processes – during development, production, delivery, and when receiving units back from the field. It means continuous improvement in all core activities and measuring these accurately. Its measurement is downward sloping PPM curves and well-monitored issue trackers – and above all employee satisfaction, because mistakes are so often costly, time-consuming and frustrating.
TTControl has been certified according to ISO9001 by Quality Austria. The certificates can be downloaded from this page.
TTControl utilizes ISO/TS 16949 certified production sites. Hardware and software development processes are in line with established standards IEC 61508, ISO 26262 and ISO 13849.
