2022/10/07: Vision 312 TargetVisu Release V1.0.0.0

With this software release TTControl offers new Vision 312 variants that support the standard CODESYS TargetVisu and J1939 Manager functionality. The release is based on CODESYS V3.5.18.20. The package is now available in the respective section on our Service Area. Note: the release can only be used with the related Vision 312 CDT products. 2022/07/14: TTC 500 Release V1.8.0.0

The safety-certified release includes the following main updates:

  • Update of IO-Driver to the latest version 3.3.0
  • Major update of CODESYS from Service Pack 10 to version 16

The update of the Service Pack gives you access to additional CODESYS features, like test manager, static code analyzer, profiler or git support. Note that certain CODESYS features are not offered for free by the CODESYS group.

2020/10/18: HY-TTC 500 Release V1.7.1.1

The safety-certified release includes the following main updates:

  • Added support for the HY-TTC 500 product variants v01.08, including the HY-TTC 590 variant
  • Added support for the CANOpen Local Slave on all CAN interfaces
  • Fixed potential CPU register corruption, stack overflow and unexpected exiting of critical sections

2019/07/22: HY-TTC 500 Release V1.6.1.0

The release covers several improvements of the safety concept and includes the following main updates:

  • improved reliability of performance of CAN Rx and Tx (sending and receiving)
  • improved protection of RAM-mapped peripherals
  • extended protection of critical data
  • additional critical sections

Furthermore, several documentation clarifications were implemented within the release. Please find detailed information about the features and fixes on the Service Area.

We highly recommend to update applications to this HY-TTC 500 CODESYS software release due to the safety-related content (Please, refer to the Product Notification D-TTC5F-PCN-20-003).

2018/11/08: HY-eVision2 Release V1.16.0.0

Key Features and Fixes:

  • Following ECUs have been added to the SW Updater: HY-TTC 200 with new HW (version 6), HY-TTC 510, TTConnect 616
  • The timeout during shutdown has been increased for clean application exit
  • The size of text list strings has been increased to 255 characters
  • A compiler backwards compatibility issue was fixed
  • And several other issues (e.g. related to the Updater) were fixed

2018/03/08: HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Hot-Fix 2 Release V1.4.0.0

This release contains the same features and bug fixes as the V1.4.0.0 Hot-Fix 1 (see release below) plus the template for the HY-TTC 540 SIL2 (added to the package file).

2018/02/16: HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Hot-Fix 1 Release V1.4.0.0

The version 1.4.0.0 is safety certified by TÜV Nord according to ISO 13849 (PL d) and IEC 61508 (SIL2). It is based on the CODESYS V3.5 SP10 and TTC500 C-Lib V2.12.0. This release is a fix of the faulty version 1.3.0.0 (communication could have stopped, more details in the notification of 2017/12/21).

2017/12/21: HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Release V1.3.0.0

Please be informed that the recently released version 1.3.0.0 shall not be used anymore. It was discovered that after upgrading a project to this version, CODESYS may stop working and you may not be able to connect to the device anymore. The only way to re-establish communication between the controller and the PC under this condition is to reconnect with TTC Downloader and delete the CODESYS application. The HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Hot-Fix Release V1.4.0.0 fixed this issue and is now available on our service area.

 

2017/01/30: HY-eVision² Release V1.14.0.2

Key Features / Fixes

  • If you are using Release 1.10.0.0 or higher and taking use of the integrated buzzer, we highly recommend you to update your application to Release 1.14.0.2 due to bugfix of HMI-75. Alternatively a workaround and hotfix updater for Releases 1.10.X.X and 1.12.X.X are provided on the TTControl Service Area.
  • A new feature included in the release package V1.14.0.2 is the support of Ethernet cameras. Up to two Ethernet cameras using RTP over UDP as transport protocol and H.264 as stream encoding are supported additionally to analog cameras. Please note that this feature has currently only been tested with the camera product EMOS from manufacturer Orlaco. Furthermore has the frame rate for analog cameras been further improved.
  • The new Compact General Purpose ECU HY-TTC32 has been added to the download library and is now also supported by the update feature.
  • The Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and Runtime system (RTS) have been updated to CODESYS version 3.5.9.0.
  • Also included in this release package is the extension of the numpad functionality by new datatypes. All integer data types (except LINT and ULINT) and all real data types are now supported. Validators for all datatypes make sure that values out of data range are automatically rejected.

2016/07/10: HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Release V1.2.0.0 (Safety Certified Version)

The version 1.2.0.0 is safety certified by TÜV Nord according to ISO 13849 (PL d) and IEC 61508 (SIL2) and is based on the CODESYS V3.5 SP8 and TTC500 C-Lib V2.10.1. Trace support is now also available for SIL2 projects and resource usage has been improved.
Besides that many issues have been fixed and the stability has been improved.

2016/04/06: HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Release V1.0.0.0 (Safety Certified Version)

The version 1.0.0.0 has been safety certified by TÜV Nord according to ISO 13849 (PL d) and IEC 61508 (SIL2). In addition, the number of available IEC tasks has been increased, now three cyclic tasks can be used in combination with two external event tasks (for callbacks), giving a total number of 5 IEC tasks available to the IEC application. Additionally, many issues have been fixed and the stability has been improved.

2015/03/20: HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Safety SIL2 Notification

Please be informed that HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Safety SIL2 is not yet safety certified according to SIL 2 (IEC 61508) / PL d (ISO 13849) and therefore a HY-TTC 500 device programmed with CODESYS Safety SIL 2 is not a safety component according to the machinery directive 2006/42/EC. The certification process is still in progress. This page will be updated as soon as the safety certificate is available.

If you plan to use your HY-TTC 500 CODESYS Safety SIL2 unit as a safety component in your machine, please contact your sales or support representative for further information.
